Feed optimization and tracking and AI readiness: a full refund on request until we confirm by email that work has started. After that email there is no refund on request. You can still end the order. You then pay for the work done until then, and we refund the rest.
AI ad campaigns, a monthly plan: a failed fit check, or a request before work starts, refunds the first payment in full. After that the term you chose is binding, and the plan’s service terms say how it ends.
How to ask
Reply to your order email, or write to contact@spagyria.ai from the address you ordered with. We refund within five business days of your email, back to the card you paid with.
