Who can order
Our services are for businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you act for a business and may order for it. We may refuse or cancel any order before work starts, with a full refund.
Orders
Each service has its own terms, linked from its order page: feed optimization, tracking and AI readiness, and AI ad campaigns. They win where they differ from these. Work agreed by email follows these terms and its quote. An order is placed when it is paid, and keeps the terms of that day. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where the law requires it.
The free scan
The free scan reads public pages of the store you enter and reports what it finds in a sample of them: information, not advice. Use it only for a store you run or work for. We may limit or stop it at any time.
No guarantee
We deliver the work a service’s page and terms describe, not a result. We do not guarantee approvals, traffic, sales, rankings or ad results: Google, OpenAI and the other platforms decide those, and we are not affiliated with them. Anything free, the scan included, is provided as is.
You are responsible for your accounts, data, backups and consents, and for following the platforms’ terms.
Personal data we handle for you
Where the work shows us personal data you control, we handle it as your processor: only to do the work, on your instructions, confidentially and securely, with other processors under the same duties, and we delete it when the work ends.
Liability and law
Our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue or ad spend. These limits apply as far as the law allows. Lithuanian law applies, and the courts of Lithuania decide any dispute. We may update these terms.
