- Checked at day 7 and day 14, then run every month
- First month refundable in full until work starts
- The first month back if the fit check fails
- You approve the structure before launch
From payment to the review at day 30. Built, launched, then run every month.
You pay
The first month, upfront, by card through Stripe. Then monthly.
First month refundable in full until work starts
You give access
Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, and on 6 months the accounts the setup needs.
Fit check
30 purchases from Google Ads in the last 30 days. On 3 months, a test order that sends its value to Google Ads; on 6 months, a Merchant Center account that is not suspended.
If it fails, your first month comes back in full, and we say what to fix first.
Work starts
We confirm by email that work has started.
After that confirmation there is no refund on request.
Wrong size? We tell you before work starts: you pay the difference or get it back, or take a full refund.
We build
An audit of your last 90 days, then campaigns split by margin. On 6 months, setup comes first: feed optimization and tracking and AI readiness.
You approve the structure
Nothing launches before you approve it.
Launch
Within 10 business days of access, or once the setup is done on 6 months.
Checks at day 7 and day 14: errors, disapprovals, spend pacing.
Review at day 30: a report against the targets, and one round of adjustments.
Google’s own review time, and the days the work waits for you, are not included.
Each category has its own break-even. Every target starts from your margin.
Break-even ROAS is 1 ÷ margin: a 40% margin gives 2.5. Each segment’s target is set from it, and the structure you approve shows the arithmetic.
Every segment gets its own target and budget.
Your margins come from the questionnaire, and we do the arithmetic. In this example each target is 20% above break-even. You approve the structure before launch.
| Category | Margin | Break-even ROAS | Target ROAS | Google budget a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pendant lamps 310 products | 50% | 2.0 | 2.4 | €1,400 |
| Ceiling lamps 420 products | 40% | 2.5 | 3.0 | €1,300 |
| Table lamps 260 products | 25% | 4.0 | 4.8 | €800 |
| Light bulbs 250 products | 20% | 5.0 | 6.0 | €500 |

What the plan covers
We build in your own Google Ads account, launch, check and review, then run and improve the campaigns every month.
The last 90 days, audited
Spend, conversion value and ROAS by campaign and by product, search terms, brand and non-brand share, budget-limited campaigns and conversion goals.
Break-even ROAS per category
1 ÷ margin, from your margins: a 40% margin gives 2.5.
A margin label in your feed
With the price band and performance class labels too, if you have not ordered feed optimization.
The Google structure
Performance Max, Standard Shopping or both, split on label groups, with brand handling, negative keyword lists and a budget per segment.
Value-based bidding
Targets set from break-even ROAS.
Asset groups
One per category group, with your own text and images.
Audience signals
From your site’s visitors, and from a customer list where your customers’ consent and Google’s own list rules allow.
Campaigns live
In your own Google Ads account, and checked at day 7 and day 14: errors, disapprovals and spend pacing.
The day-30 review
A report against the targets, and one round of adjustments.
Every month after
We run the campaigns in your account and improve them against the targets.
On 6 months, the setup
Feed optimization and tracking and AI readiness for one storefront, as their pages describe them, done before the ads launch.
Not for you if
- You have fewer than 30 purchases from Google Ads a month. Splitting the campaigns would starve each one of data.
- Your Merchant Center account is suspended. A suspension has to be lifted first.
- Your purchase tracking is not working. The fit check needs 30 purchases recorded in Google Ads: order tracking and AI readiness first.
- You want a one-off build to run yourself. The plan builds the campaigns and runs them every month.
Before you order
What do you need from my team?
Standard access to Google Ads and Google Merchant Center and, on 6 months, the access feed optimization and tracking and AI readiness need. After payment, a short questionnaire: your margin per category after product cost, shipping and payment fees, your own brands, your planned monthly budget and your countries; on 6 months, also the questions of feed optimization and tracking and AI readiness. On 3 months we place a test order, which your store refunds.
What is the fit check?
Before work starts we check that your store had 30 purchases from Google Ads in the last 30 days. On 3 months we also place a test order, which your store refunds, to see that it sends its value to Google Ads; on 6 months we check that your Merchant Center account is not suspended. If it fails, your first month comes back in full, and we say what to fix first.
Is the ad budget in the price?
No. Ad budget is paid directly to Google and is not part of our fee. Each size has a recommended monthly ad budget, and above its spend cap the fee is by quote.
Do you replace my agency?
For these campaigns, yes: we build and run them in your own Google Ads account, month by month. Anything else your agency runs stays theirs.
Do you see my customers’ data?
Yes, some: your Google Ads account holds it, in customer lists and conversions, and on 6 months so does your store’s admin. We work in them as your processor, only for the work and under this plan’s terms. A customer list feeds audience signals only where your customers’ consent allows.
Do you guarantee a return on ad spend?
No. Every target is set from your margins, and the day-30 review reports against it. But we never promise a return on ad spend, revenue or cost per sale, or Google’s approval of the ads.
What is not included?
Meta or TikTok ads, video and creative production, and Search text campaigns. We take those on as Custom solutions.
Campaigns split by margin, run every month.
Built, launched and reviewed at day 30, then run and improved every month. Your first month back if the fit check fails.
